Roger and Tracy are very professional in their approach to health & fitness. They structured group sessions for my staff that helped build a stronger team morale and ignited enthusiasm. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Their fitness sessions are varied and they mix the routines often to attack different forms of exercise. This really helped keep staff on track and having fun. Roger & Tracy love what they do and this shows through in their classes. I can’t endorse them enough and thoroughly recommend Gott Health to businesses & people at all levels.

FAQs

Our Group Sessions are programmed with small numbers and a strong emphasis on functional movement. Our belief is in getting your body to move optimally, which means training your body to move efficiently across all planes of motion – forwards, backwards, side-to-side, twisting, rotating & turning, jumping and balancing. We will provide sessions to meet your groups needs but will emphasise correct technique and movement patterns in the process.

Our sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration and all of our sessions will be expose you to  a variety of exercises, using your body the way it is meant to be used. Because we program in-house and really know our clients, we have the ability to scale the load and intensity of the exercises performed and to offer appropriate alternatives as needed.

Our Group Training Sessions are inclusive which means we work with people at all levels of fitness and design our sessions to allow clients to go at their own pace. Alternative movements will be given to allow everyone to train and be a part of the group experience. We will also cater for health concerns, injuries or issues. We will find out these contraindications prior to starting  the session via a health questionnaire we get you to complete.

We will chat at length with you about your current health and fitness and we will tailor our sessions to your ability and your level of fitness.

You need to wear comfortable work-out gear to all sessions Closed shoes are also recommended. You also need to bring along a towel and full water bottle to every session. A yoga mat is an option you may consider.

Once we receive payment, we will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours. We will discuss your group’s specific goals and needs. We will look at training locations – either at your place of work or outdoors in a park. (We would check with local council for approval first). We will also send through a health questionnaire for each participant to complete and return to us prior to starting.

We ask all participants in our group sessions to complete a health questionnaire. This provides us with a background of each individuals fitness levels and any prior injuries. If there are obvious ‘red flags’ or concerns, we will request a medical clearance from that person prior to starting the first group fitness class.
