
12 Week Body Transformation
I was a regular gym goer but couldn’t make the effort to fulfill my potential. After talking with Roger I made the decision to change. I followed the program he laid out for me and did not question what he told me. The nutrition, weights and cardio were hard at first but I soon developed a strong mindset. Roger was great at explaining why we were doing the training & eating a certain way. I was blown away when I saw my after photo. It really is amazing when you have someone who supports you. It made all the difference.
