12 Week Body Transformation

I was a regular gym goer but couldn’t make the effort to fulfill my potential.  After talking with Roger I made the decision to change. I followed the program he laid out for me and did not question what he told me. The nutrition, weights and cardio were hard at first but I soon developed a strong mindset. FAQs

We develop a customised training programme based on your goals. The training will be tailored toward your wishes, allowing you to reach your stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

The types of training covered are weight loss, endurance, flexibility and stretching, as well as strength, core and functional training. 

Of course you can train alone.  But we believe that our main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals.

We will mainly be your advisor.  We can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles.  Also we can help provide a program for you to do outside of us training you. You will have some one to hold you accountable.

If you can’t afford personal training but are looking at making changes in your body, you may want to consider our online options.

We can give you support, advice, guidance and accountability with your nutrition. This will help guide you towards better meal choices and keep you accountable! You will get common sense advice tailored to suit your lifestyle and your needs.

 

How frequently your sessions with your personal trainer are will depend on your fitness goals, availability and time. If you are unlikely to work out unless your PT is present, then 2-4 times a week will suffice. However, we strongly believe if you are serious about your training, you will be able to continue on your workout plan that you have created with us. This will mean it will only be necessary to have a session once a week or less frequently.

A session can vary between 30 – 45 minutes. We don’t like to keep a stop watch on sessions. Our priority is to train you correctly and professionally. Our aim is reinforcing the goals you have outlined with us. The face to face sessions allow for questions and mapping the week ahead with a plan in mind. 

Training takes place in our private studio in Belmont. If you would prefer to be trained at your own home, outdoors or apartment gym, speak with us to discuss.

A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments, so we can reallocate your session.

Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the session fee.

To cancel please either phone or SMS.

If the client is late for a session, the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.

If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

You need to wear comfortable work-out gear to all sessions Closed shoes are also recommended. You also need to bring along a towel and full water bottle to every session

Once we receive payment, we will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours. We will discuss your specific goals and needs. We will look at training locations – either at your place, our private studio or outdoors in a park. (We would check with local council for approval first). We will also send through a health questionnaire for you to complete and return to us prior to starting.

We ask all our one on one participants to complete a health questionnaire. This provides us with a background of your individual fitness level and any prior injuries. If there are obvious ‘red flags’ or concerns, we will request a medical clearance from you prior to starting the first personal training session.
