Coaching - Online

Online fitness coaching is something that has become popular due to the Covid -19 Pandemic. The benefit is that you can still be trained with personalized advice and instruction, from your own home, office, local park or where ever you feel comfortable training. With customized workouts, you will be kept motivated throughout your fitness journey and kept accountable to a plan. 

Best of all, you don’t need to have fancy equipment or gym machines. A program can be designed using your body weight or objects you may already have lying around your house.

    You will receive access to an App. This is where you will receive all your customised work outs and can communicate with us. With online personal training, you get all the online convenience but with a workout that your trainer made especially for you, taking prior injuries, surgeries, and limitations into account, which minimizes the risk of injury and maximizes the possibility of success.

  • You can count on us to keep you accountable.

    Coaching online can allow us to check in on a daily or a weekly basis to take a look at your progress. Not only does that give you an ample number of opportunities to ask any questions you may have, it also gives you the feedback, support, and motivation that can help achieve your goals.

  • It is extremely flexible with your schedule.

    You choose the time you train and where you train. These are work outs you perform by yourself. You do not have us there to watch your form but you do have a personalised program that we have written. Obviously it is better to plan and schedule your training sessions but should something suddenly come up, you have the flexibility to train at another time in the day more convenient for you. Best of all you don't have to get to a gym to perform your session.

  • The best part about online training is that you can log on from anywhere.
  • A personal trainer in your pocket means that you’re in charge. You can workout whenever you want and still get the support and motivation provided by a coach. 
  • Online training is more affordable and will still allow you to have an individual program tailored for you but at almost half the cost.
  • You can work out at your own house or anywhere of your choice.  This means you don’t need to go to a gym and waste time driving there and then back.

Welcome Pack

You will receive a welcome pack via email. You will also receive access to our online App. There will be a health questionnaire for you to complete and return to us prior to starting. You will also let us know your specific goals and needs.

Start Training

You will receive your personalised workout 1 to 3 days after signing up. Start training straight away by logging on to your App. Create successful habits and transform. Receive 24/7 support from us as your mentors.

FAQs

Video to Video Personal Training allows us to check your form, help you with your technique and keep you motivated throughout your workout! This option is available due to the safe social distancing rules now in place. This takes the place of personal training in person and is a higher fee than Online Personal Training.

Online Personal Training provides you with customised programs, videos and support from us thanks to the addition of our technology and our App (that you will download). You will get messages and/or videos from us plus programs specifically designed for you based on your goals.

You also have the option to combine both to have a higher level of support and results.  

Online Personal Training can be done anywhere. You will receive a customised work out program based on the information you disclose in your questionnaire including injury history, current fitness level, your access to fitness equipment and your personal goal. This program will continually be modified. Changes are important for continued progress and variety. You will receive all this and more with our ongoing support.   

We will also work with you to build habits each week which enable you to easily adopt the changes and you’ll be reminded of these within the app. 

One of the outstanding benefits of working with Gott Health is our adaptability to your resources and lifestyle. You may travel, have tight schedules or simply do not want to or can’t get to a commercial gym. While gym memberships are very helpful in adding variety, we will design a program based on what you have available.  If you have a home gym, we will build the program with all of your equipment in mind. Alternatively, we do encourage you to make modest investments in resistance bands, stability balls or other apparatus that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching your potential.

We can give you support, advice, guidance and accountability with your nutrition.The Online Personal Training option allows you to upload a pic of your meals and other data for us to see in our state of the art training app. This will help us guide you towards better meal choices and keep you accountable! You will get common sense advice tailored to suit your lifestyle and your needs.

 

A session can vary between 30 – 45 minutes. We don’t like to keep a stop watch on sessions. Our priority is to train you correctly and professionally. Our aim is reinforcing the goals you have outlined with us. The video sessions allow for questions and mapping the week ahead with a plan in mind.

We will design a bespoke training plan from scratch within one to three days of your sign up. The program will generally be sent in 4 week training phases that map out linear progress as relates to the training goals you express on your training forms. Each training week will show you exactly what workouts to do, the exercise selection you’ll need as well as why this training protocol has been chosen.

You can also effortlessly build meal logs that can be easily reviewed and analyzed. We can also provide ‘Progress Tracking’ eg waist size, bench press lifted, weight, bodyfat %. These are progress graphs that will help keep you engaged, motivated, and on-track. All of this will be accessible for you on our online training App.

Once you sign up, you’ll be given access on your App to communicate directly with us. This will be your first port of call for any immediate issues you have with your training program or nutrition. This is available 24/7 for the time you remain on the program. 

Once we receive payment, you will receive a welcome pack via email. You will also receive access to our online App. There will be a health questionnaire for you to complete and return to us prior to starting. You will also discuss your specific goals and needs. Within 1 – 3 days you will have your online program sent to your App ready to start your specific training.

Yes you can. Although we would hate to see you leave us, we understand that sometimes things change. Our payment system requires that you pay manually one month at a time in advance. It is as simple as you not paying manually prior to your next month’s payment. Your membership would be cancelled automatically and no further deductions would take place. You are in complete control of the length of time you stay with us. Of course, we would love you to come back to us when you are ready again.
